Do I need any files or Zen Studio?

No. Every script installs through the Programmer in your browser — plug your Zen in, press Program, done. No downloads, no Zen Studio, no file management.

Which platforms are supported?

Every script ships in two versions: Xbox (Series X|S and Xbox One) and PlayStation (PS5 and PS4). Pick your platform at checkout — same features, same tuning.

What firmware does my Zen need?

Firmware 2.3.0 or newer — 2.3.1 is the current release. If your Zen is on older firmware, update it through Cronus's own tools first — the pointer is in Zen Setup.

Do my settings survive turning the Zen off?

Yes. Every script saves its settings — goals, timing, tuning — to the Zen automatically. Set once and they're there next session.

Can I run a script on more than one Zen?

Access is tied to the Zen serial registered to your account — the Programmer only installs to that device. Switching hardware? Open an Access Help ticket in Discord and the team resets your registration; your purchases carry over to the new Zen automatically.

My loop stopped / the screen says STUCK — is something broken?

That's the failsafe doing its job. The AFK farmers watch for the game hanging (disconnects, frozen loads, unexpected prompts) and halt instead of pressing buttons into the void. Fix whatever the game did, click RS, and it picks right back up. Each product guide has the specifics.
